How does it work?

  1. On the day of your event, your guests will present the stub provided and fill out the order card with their name and scent pick.

  2. The guest will create unforgettable memories as they explore and select their favorite scents thru sensory experience on all displayed scents.

  3. Our bar crew will gather the order card and begin pouring the selected fragrance into your customized glass perfume bottle.

What are the inclusions?

A Selection of Exquisite Scents: Choose from six captivating fragrances, including three for ladies and three for gentlemen.

Personalized Touches: Each perfume bottle comes with a customized label and a beautifully designed Velamour perfume box. Also comes with welcome board with celebrant name, stubs and order card.

Dedicated Service: Enjoy four hours of dedicated service with our expert bar staff to assist your guests.

A Special Gift: As a token of our appreciation, the celebrant will receive an exclusive gift from Velamour.

How to book?

Easy Booking: Please provide us with your event date, and we'll promptly confirm availability.

Secure Your Date: A 20% deposit is required to reserve your chosen date. Please note that all down payments are non-refundable, but you may re-book the date if it remains available.

Experience Velamour: Once the final reservation is made, we'll send you a complimentary Perfume Discovery Set. This allows you to personally experience our signature scents and select the perfect fragrances for your Perfume Bar. A seamless process designed for busy celebrants.

Celebrate in Style: Enjoy the rest of your event planning. The remaining balance is payable on the day of your event.
